The Student Government Council at the Modesto Maidique Campus participated in ReggaeFit, a workout class offered at the Wellness and Recreation Center. Officers danced along to Reggae, Soca and African with instructor Lisa Shakespeare after holding a cabinet meeting at the WRC.
“We wanted to do this as a way to increase student government involvement with FIU activities and the FIU community,” said Sabrina Rosell, president of SGC-MMC.
