The FIU Student Programming Council held the 11th annual Uproar Concert on Wednesday, Feb. 13. The event featured musical guests DOMINO SAINTS, Alex Ahn, Casey Conroy, Cesar Santalo and more.
Miami-based pop duo DOMINO SAINTS were one of the featured artists at Uproar.
Cesar Santalo, an FIU student who sings R&B and hip-hop songs of his own, performing at Uproar 2019.

Crowds stayed out despite headliner Bazzi not attending the event due to inclement weather.
