Heisman trophy winner and Super Bowl XXXI MVP Desmond Howard will be holding a lecture on leadership and business at FIU.
The event will be held in the Graham Center Ballrooms on Monday, March 18 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and doors will open at 9:30 am.
This will conclude the ‘Beyond The Corner Office’ lecture series for the Center for Leadership.
The Center for Leadership previously had Miami chef Michelle Bernstein and world-renowned violinist Roddy Chong speak in the previous two events in the series.
Howard is an analyst for ESPN’s Emmy winning College Gameday program and has 16 years of experience in sports broadcasting.
Howard made his broadcast debut in 2003 for Fox Sports before moving on as a contributor to ESPN’s Cold Pizza program.
Howard will be giving an insight to business from a recreational side and leadership through sports and journalism.
Howard was an exciting player in both college and the NFL and is one of the most successful college football analysts in the last 15 years.
